- 1 round steak
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Place aluminum foil in 9 x 13-inch pan, then sprinkle on dry soup mix.

2Place the steak on top of the soup; pepper it.

3(Be sure to trim off excess fat.)

4Pour the undiluted mushroom soup over the steak, covering all the steak.

5(I even add a little water because this will become gravy.) Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the top and seal the edges so well that none of the juices can escape.

6(Don't peek in.)

7Bake at 250° for 5 hours.
