- 2 lb. round steak
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut meat into serving pieces.

2Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour.

3Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven.

4Brown meat on both sides.

5Add onion, celery, green pepper, tomato soup and water.

6Simmer on low flame about 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
