- 2 c. smooshed canned tomatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut, flour and pound round steak.

2Then brown each piece of meat in a little oil.

3When well browned, cover with a mixture of canned tomatoes, celery, onion, carrots, bay leaf, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover pan and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
