- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Pound flour into slice of beef.

2May cut beef into cubes, if desired.

3Brown beef; add salt after browned.

4Add vegetables. Pour tomato sauce or soup over all.

6Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
