Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Take steak pieces that have been salted, peppered and floured and brown in skillet with oil.

    Add ingredients to browned steak. Add water to cover all pieces of meat.

    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
