- 1/2 to 1 lb. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Take steak pieces that have been salted, peppered and floured and brown in skillet with oil.

2Add ingredients to browned steak. Add water to cover all pieces of meat.

3Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
