  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp shortening
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 ring-sliced onion

    Cut steak into serving pieces, combine flour, salt, pepper, Pound mixture into meat. Melt shortening and brown meat on both sides. Add remaining ingredients; cover and bake at 325° for 1 hr.
