    Shake half the contents of 1 envelope onion soup mix on the foil (dry).

    Over this, place chuck or round steak with remaining soup mix and 1 teaspoon butter.

    around steak.

    Bring foil

    up over meat and double-fold edges.

    Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
