- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 6 unbreaded chicken breast fillets
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.

2Combine egg and milk in a second bowl.

3Combine next 5 ingredients in a third bowl. Dip fillets in flour, shake off excess.

4Dip in egg, then crumb mixture.

5Press crumbs on firmly.

6Heat margarine in skillet on medium heat.

7Pan fry fillets until golden, about 2 minutes on each side.
