- 4 1/2 c. unsifted flour (about)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- sesame seed
Directions

1Combine 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water and margarine to 120° to 130°.

2Add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.

3Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes.

4Work in balance of flour and knead to make a smooth, elastic dough.

5(When you press your finger into the dough a slight indention remains.) Place in greased bowl.

6Cover with damp cloth (wax paper between dough and cloth) and allow to rise to double in bulk.
