- 2 to 3 lb. sliced venison
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Swiss steak seasoning mix
Directions

1Cut venison into slices or cubes.

2Put in a baking bag.

3Place in a crock-pot.

4Add onion and pepper.

5Mix steak seasoning with water and pour over meat, onion and pepper.

6Close bag with a twist tie and poke several holes in top for steam to escape. Cover with lid and cook on low setting about 6 to 8 hours.

7You may serve over rice or noodles.
