Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt per quart of water
  • 1 each garlic cloves
  • 1 each celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 each carrots sliced
  • 1 each hot chili peppers
  • 1 each bay leaves
  • 1 each dill weed
  • 1 pound cucumbers pickling, washed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except cucumbers, in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Then prick the cucumbers with a fork and add to pickling solution.

    Put in jars and seal.

    Let stand for 3 weeks before eating.
