- 17 lb. flour
- 1 1/2 large cakes yeast or 5 dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add to flour and salt.

3Mix real good.

4(You may need to add more water.)

5Cover with cloth, plastic and blanket.

6Let raise real high and cut it into 1 1/2 pound balls.

7Lay on cloth and cover for 30 minutes or more.

8Then pound down.

9Preheat oven to 500°.

10Put into pans.

11Stretch into round pans.

12Prick top of bread with fork and glaze with milk. Put in oven until bottom is brown.

13Then take off pan and put on top rack.
