- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. flour (blend in)
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Knead dough until smooth.

4Divide into 12 balls.

5Knead and roll flat with rolling pin (or press flat with hands).

6Shake off excess flour.

7Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
