  • 1/4 c. soy or tamari sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Szechuan seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, freshly minced
  • 1 lb. sirloin steak

    Marinate steak in plastic bag or shallow baking dish for 1 hour.
