  • 450g bulghur (fine)
  • 280g Finely shopped green onions
  • 170g finely shopped white onion
  • 185g Olive oil
  • 100g Lemon juice
  • 2.5tbl salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (black+sweet)
  • 5 bunches parsley
  • 2 bunches mint
  • 5 small tomatoes or two large

Directions

    1/2 hour before,wash bulghur

    Finely shop tomatoes + Onion
  3. 3
    Chop parsley and mint very fine
  4. 4
    rub white onion with salt and pepper
  5. 5
    Mix all adding oil+lemon juice gradually
