  • 4 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 c tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 and 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley - garnish
  • 1/2 c dried currants or golden raisins - garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c bulgur wheat
