  • 2-1/4 qt. Boiling water
  • 1-1/2 qt. Dry bulgur wheat
  • 12 each tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 qt. cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh parsley, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

    Pour boiling water over bulgur; cover.

    Let stand 20 to 30 minutes or until bulgur is tender.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Add bulgur to combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
