- 1-1/2 qt. Dry bulgur wheat
- 12 each tomatoes, chopped
- 1 qt. cucumbers, chopped
- 2 cups green onions, chopped
- 2 cups fresh parsley, minced
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Pour boiling water over bulgur; cover.

2Let stand 20 to 30 minutes or until bulgur is tender.

3Refrigerate until chilled.

4Add bulgur to combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
