- 1 bunch long green onions, diced (greens, too)
- 1 bunch parsley, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. can chick peas, drained
- juice of 2 large lemons
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. dried mint or 1/2 c. fresh mint
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions

1Soak cracked wheat in warm water for 1/2 hour.

2Drain wheat; add remaining ingredients.
