  • 3 parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 green scallions
  • 1/3 c. wheat or white bulgur
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • romaine lettuce

Directions

    Soak the bulgur in lemon juice for 1/2 an hour.

    Chop all the first 4 ingredients very fine.

    Mix all together.

    Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with romaine lettuce!
