  • 2 cups bulgur wheat
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely snipped
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 12 cup green onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons mint, snipped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • lettuce leaf

Directions

    Soak bulgar wheat in 2 cups hot water, lemon juice and oil for one hour.

    Stir in everything else, except the lettuce.

    Chill.
