- 3 lemons
- 1 bunch mint
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- frozen peas (optional)
Directions

1Soak wheat for 10 to 12 minutes in cold water.

2Squeeze water out; place in refrigerator.

3Wash all greens; dry, slice and dice. Mix spices with juice of lemons and oil.

4Chop tomatoes.

5Add all ingredients to wheat; mix thoroughly.
