  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup medium salsa
  • 2 tablespoons corn, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 125g KRAFT Premium Crispbread

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and brown the chicken pieces.

    Add the taco seasoning and a tablespoon of water.

    Cook for 5 minutes or until fragrant.

    Mix salsa with corn and coriander.

    Break crispbreads in half, top with a warm piece of chicken and a teaspoon of corn salsa.
