- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped canned green chili peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 3 Tbsp. low calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 8 taco shells
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. shredded low calorie process cheese product (2 oz.)
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
Directions

1Cook beef, onion, chili peppers and garlic until beef is browned; drain.

2Stir in chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine tomato, salad dressing and seasoned salt.

3Spoon beef mixture into taco shells; top with tomato mixture, lettuce and cheese.

4Pass taco sauce.
