  • 1\2 lb. Hamburg
  • 1\2 lb. Sausage
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Black Olives, sliced
  • 1\2 C. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1\2 C. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 Pkg. Wonton Skins

Directions

    Brown hamburg and sausage, drain well. Set aside. Prepare ranch salad dressing. In large bowl mix the hamburg, sausage, chopped vegetables and 1 cup of dressing. Add half of the cheese. Press wonton skins into a cupcake tin and bake at 350° until lightly brown. Just a few min.

    Fill cups with meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Make about 2 dozen.
