  • 31 oz. refried beans plus 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped (stems and all)
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can black olives, sliced in rings
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning.

    Layer all ingredients in a wide shallow bowl in the order given.

    Chill well.

    Serve with large bowl of taco chips, nacho chips or large Fritos.
