- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (24 oz.) jar medium salsa (use hot, if preferred)
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 2 large green peppers, chopped fine
- 1 large carrot, grated
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and salsa together.

2Spread on extra large round tray.

3Add vegetables to mixture, in layers:

4tomatoes, onions, green peppers and carrot.

5Cover with clear plastic wrap and allow to cool about 1 hour.

6Serve with taco or tortilla chips. Great for parties or covered dish affairs.
