Ingredients: 1 pt. sour cream; 1 pkg. taco mix; 1 can bean dip; 1 can jalapeno cheese dip; 2 to 3 tomatoes; 3 to 4 spring onions; 1 small can sliced black olives; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pkg. taco mix
1 can bean dip
1 can jalapeno cheese dip
2 to 3 tomatoes
3 to 4 spring onions
1 small can sliced black olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine jalapeno cheese dip and the bean dip; spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

Combine sour cream and taco mix; spread on top of the jalapeno cheese and bean dip mix. Chop tomatoes and spring onions.

Drain olives; sprinkle over first 2 layers, then layer the rest of the ingredients as follows: tomatoes, onions and shredded cheese.

Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
