  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • green pepper
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix well and refrigerate the cream cheese, sour cream and 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix.

    Brown the ground beef.

    Drain well. Add the other 1/2 of the taco seasoning and water.

    Mix well and cool.

    When cool, mix with tomatoes, onions and green pepper.

    Put on top of cream cheese mix.

    Top with cheese.
