- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 to 3 large green peppers, chopped
- 4 medium to large tomatoes, chopped
- nacho chips
Directions

1Mix together the cheeses and melt in crock-pot.

2Brown ground beef and onion and add to cheese.

3Chop green peppers and tomatoes and add to rest of mixture.

4Cook 1 to 2 hours.

5Will thicken as it cooks, or add a little flour to thicken.

6Serve with nacho chips.
