- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 jar taco sauce (hot or mild, to taste)
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, chopped small
- 1 large avocado, chopped small
- 1 can black olives, chopped small
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped small
Directions

1Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended.

2Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowl/plate.

3Add layer of taco sauce, vegetables and Cheddar.

4Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted. Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley.

5Serve with taco chips to scoop.
