Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 jar taco sauce (hot or mild, to taste)
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, chopped small
  • 1 large avocado, chopped small
  • 1 can black olives, chopped small
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped small

Directions

    Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended.

    Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowl/plate.

    Add layer of taco sauce, vegetables and Cheddar.

    Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted. Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley.

    Serve with taco chips to scoop.
