- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 finely chopped green pepper (use seeds also)
- 1 chopped very large onion
- 1 medium size bottle salsa
- chopped hot peppers to taste
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Directions

1Cook green peppers and onion in small amount of oil adding ground chuck when almost done.

2Stir occasionally until fine and thoroughly brown.

3Drain any excess fat.

4Add hot peppers and salsa, stirring occasionally.

5Sprinkle contents of seasoning mix over meat mixture.

6Stir well and simmer on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.

7Serve with taco shells and all the trimmings.
