Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. taco sauce
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Directions

1Cook beef, add cream cheese, salt and chili powder and simmer. Toss shells with butter, fill with beef mixture.

2Arrange in buttered pan.

3Pour sauce over each shell.

4Cover with foil, bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Uncover, top with cheeses and chips, bake 15 minutes more, until bubbly.

6Top with sour cream and onions. May be garnished with lettuce, black olives and tomatoes.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
