- Cornmeal Crust
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and drained
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare Cornmeal Crust.

3In large skillet, brown meat with onion; pour off fat.

4Add tomato sauce, chilies, bouillon, chili powder and cumin; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.

5Remove from heat; stir in egg.

6Spoon into prepared crust.

7Bake 25 minutes or until hot.

8Let stand 5 minutes.

9Garnish as desired.

10Refrigerate leftovers.
