  • 1/4 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter, cut into pieces
  • 3 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 7 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium (1/2 cup) tomato, seeded, chopped
  • Sour cream, if desired

Directions

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Combine all crust ingredients except water in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.

    Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Add enough water with processor running, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough forms a ball.

    Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch circle.

    Place into 9-inch pie plate, pressing against bottom and sides.

    Trim crust to 1/2 inch from edge; crimp, if desired.

    Prick bottom of crust with fork.

    Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and set.

    Cook ground beef in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes or until browned; drain.
