  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives (optional)
  • 2 c. crushed corn chips
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 1 can crescent dinner rolls

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Add seasoning mix, olives and water.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Arrange rolls in 10-inch round Pyrex for pie crust.

    Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on top of rolls.

    Add meat mixture, then spread sour cream on top of meat.

    Cover with cheese. Add other cup of crushed corn chips.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
