- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Un-popped Popcorn Kernels
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/2 packages Taco Seasoning (1.25 Oz. Packet)
- Salt, To Taste (optional)
Directions

1Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

2When the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.

3When the popcorn begins to pop, shake the pan back and fourth.

4Keep it over the heat and keep shaking as the popcorn continues to pop.

5When the popping stops for a few seconds remove the pan from the heat and carefully empty the popcorn into a bowl.

6Remove any un-popped kernels.

7Stir the melted butter into the popcorn.

8Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the popcorn and stir again.

9Season with salt before eating, if desired.
