  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cups Un-popped Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 packages Taco Seasoning (1.25 Oz. Packet)
  • Salt, To Taste (optional)

Directions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

    When the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
  3. 3
    When the popcorn begins to pop, shake the pan back and fourth.
  4. 4
    Keep it over the heat and keep shaking as the popcorn continues to pop.

    When the popping stops for a few seconds remove the pan from the heat and carefully empty the popcorn into a bowl.

    Remove any un-popped kernels.

    Stir the melted butter into the popcorn.
  8. 8
    Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the popcorn and stir again.

    Season with salt before eating, if desired.
