  • 1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Rosarita Premium Whole Black Beans
  • 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 c. broken yellow tortilla chips

Directions

    Place beefaroni, drained tomatoes, beans, corn, and cumin in large saucepan; stir to combine.

    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
