Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground meat, cooked
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions

Directions

    In a casserole dish spread the refried beans.

    Spread the ground meat over the beans.

    Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream and spread on top of meat.

    Mix the avocados with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.

    Spread on next.

    Cover with shredded cheese and top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

    (Can do day before and cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate.)
