Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1(8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 jar Salsa
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 head Lettuce

Directions

    Fry beef and onion until browned.

    Drain well and let cool. Blend cream cheese and salsa with hand mixer.

    Chop lettuce.

    Put lettuce on the bottom of a large pie pan.

    Place beef then salsa mixture on lettuce and top with cheeses.

    Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
