  • 1 lb. hamburger (lean)
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 large head lettuce, torn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) bag taco chips, crushed
  • 1 c. Catalina dressing

    Brown hamburger; drain hamburger by putting it in a strainer and rinse under water.
