- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 12 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced white onion
- 2 tablespoons jarred canned jalapeno slices, diced
- 12 tablespoon jalapeno juice (from the jar, to taste)
Directions

1Combine the tomato paste with the water in large non-reactive pot.

3Add cayenne, chilli powder, salt, corn starch, and vinegar.

4Bring to a hard boil, stirring often.

5Boil for 3-5 minutes.
