Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans Mexican-style chili beans, undrained or Bush's Best chili beans (mild)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry ranch style salad dressing mix

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Pour in bowl and top with the following:

    Tortilla Chips, Shredded cheese, Salsa, Onions (optional), Shredded lettuce, Diced tomatoes, Sour cream (Can be frozen up to 3 months).
