  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) original Hidden Valley salad dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) red beans, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans water
  • 1 can (16 oz.) hominy, drained

Directions

    Brown beef with onions in Dutch oven.

    Add taco seasoning, salad dressing mix, beans, chilies, hominy, stewed tomatoes and water.

    Simmer 10 minutes.
