  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 14 oz. can tomatoes with mild chiles
  • 3 14 oz. cans pinto beans
  • 2 14 1/2 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
  • 1 15 1/4 oz. can corn, drained

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet and then drain. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until ingredients are heated through. Serve with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. Great for a crowd.
