Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix

Directions

    In large Dutch oven, brown meat and onion; drain.

    Puree tomatoes in their liquid; add to pan with sauce, water, beans, corn and seasoning.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Can top each serving with chopped tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
