- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Directions

1In large Dutch oven, brown meat and onion; drain.

2Puree tomatoes in their liquid; add to pan with sauce, water, beans, corn and seasoning.

3Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Can top each serving with chopped tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
