  • 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef Or Chicken
  • 1 whole Small Onion
  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Cans) Diced Tomato Chilis
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Beans
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans
  • Monterey Jack Cheese, For Garnish

Directions

    Brown beef or chicken along with the diced onion. Drain grease. Put meat into a soup pot and add all the other ingredients. Cook over medium heat until soup is hot.

    Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the soup and serve over tortilla chips.
