  • 2- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 envelopes Taco Seasoning (1 Oz Each)
  • 2 cans Corn 15 Oz Each
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes, 15-oz Each
  • 2 cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies (10 Oz Each)
  • 2 jars Salsa (16 Oz Each)
  • 2 cans Pinto Beans, Drained (16 Oz Each)
  • 1 pound Veleeta Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 envelope Fiesta Ranch Dressing (dry) (1 Oz)
  • 1 envelope Original Ranch Dressing (dry) (1 Oz)

Directions

    Brown the ground beef over medium heat and then add the taco seasonings.

    Cook until browned, then drain grease if necessary.

    Add the following to your crock-pot UNDRAINED: corn, diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes and salsa.

    DRAIN the pinto beans and add them as well.

    Finally add the seasoned hamburger, Velveeta cheese and both dry ranch packets.

    Set your crock-pot to high and stir occasionally.

    Cook for roughly three hours.
