  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can bean dip (Frito-Lay) or 1/2 c. refried beans
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • black or green olives (optional)
  • 1 pkg. grated cheese
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • 1 pkg. taco chips

Directions

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in bowl.

    Spread bean dip in bottom of pie plate.

    Top with sour cream mixture. Layer peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives.

    Then top with grated cheese.

    Serve chilled with taco chips.
