Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup gluten-free baking mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Grease baking dish.

    Use either 8x8x2 or a smaller rectangular one.

    Cook & stir ground beef until brown; drain.

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, & 1/2 cup cheese; reserve.

    Mix baking mix, water, butter, & 1/4 cup cheese until soft dough forms.

    If need to add a little extra water, add small amounts until reach desired consistency.

    Press dough into bottom of pan.

    Layer beef on top & then sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

    If wanted can also add any other vegetables you want between the beef & sour cream mixture.

    Bake until dough is light brown, about 30 minutes.
