Taco-Stuffed Shells

  • 16 jumbo shells prepared according to the box
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 8 oz. pack shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large jar of salsa
  • sour cream (opt)

Directions

    Cook beef in a large skillet, drain.

    Add seasoning packet and water.

    Cook on low until thick.

    Add refried beans and half the cheese.

    Spread 1/2

    the salsa in the bottom of a baking dish. Fill shells with meat mixture.

    Pour remaining salsa over shells. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

    Top with sour cream and cheese.
